About Zerowork

Does ZeroWork come with a Chrome extension or a desktop application?

ZeroWork comes with a lightweight desktop agent that you need to install after signing up. We do not currently offer a Chrome extension. The desktop agent is available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

The desktop agent runs in the background and is only required to run the TaskBots. The TaskBot building process itself takes place in your browser at https://creator.zerowork.io.

How do I create a TaskBot?

You can create TaskBots by using the ZeroWork creator dashboard, accessible via your browser. The dashboard allows you to build, test, and run TaskBots according to your You can take a look at what it looks like by checking out a few of our video tutorials: Video Crash Course.

What kind of tasks can TaskBots automate?

TaskBots can automate a wide range of tasks, from simple data entry to complex workflows involving multiple applications and websites. Check some of the featured use cases here.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all, ZeroWork is entirely no-code!

ZeroWork is designed to be user-friendly, allowing you to create TaskBots through a visual interface.

You only need to be willing to learn the basics of how to build TaskBots. For example, check our video crash course.

How secure is my data with ZeroWork?

ZeroWork is GDPR-compliant and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Yes, the desktop agent processes data on your computer. The only data we store in our system are your account details, TaskBot set-up, and data used in native tables (using native tables is optional). We also store your logs and error logs for a period of 14 days.

I want to build a custom TaskBot for a specific client. How can I share or send this
TaskBot to them?

I have a feature suggestion. Where can I share it?

The best place to share a feature suggestion is to post it in our #ideas-feature-suggestions channel on Discord. Join Discord.

Another good place to post a feature suggestion is on our roadmap.

We review every feature suggestion regardless of the channel where it was submitted.

label option?

I have been using ZeroWork for a while and have built multiple TaskBots. How can I get
listed on your "Hire an Expert" page?

Please share at least 3 TaskBots with us, so that we can review them and assess your TaskBot building skills. Also, share your hourly rate (or range). Submit these details to support@zerowork.io.

How do I handle logins?

Simply add your cookies to your TaskBot run settings. It takes just two clicks. See how here.

How do I trigger TaskBot runs from Zapier, Make, Pabbly or other apps?

Simply generate a webhook link in your TaskBot run settings. See how here.

Is VPN or proxy required?

No, TaskBots run locally on your computer. Therefore, no VPN or proxy is needed.

That said, if necessary, you can add your proxy to the TaskBot run settings, as described here.

How can I change my account email address?

To change your account email, contact support@zerowork.io from the email address you are currently registered with.

How can I add users from my team to a shared team account?

This feature is not available yet, but it's in the making.

At the moment, your team members will have to sign up to individual accounts, but you can easily share TaskBots between your accounts using the TaskBot sharing options, see how here
